Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:

We strive to ship within 3-5 business days of receiving an order. 

If we are experiencing a high number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Tracking:

Once the order is processed and scanned, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking number information will be updated when the carrier receives your package and scans it. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Delivered but not received:

If your tracking number confirms that your order has been delivered to the shipping address, but you have not received your item/s, please call USPS directly in order to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages stating it has been delivered.

 

Orders sent back to us:

If your order is sent back to us, we will contact you to update the shipping address. 

Once the order is reshipped, we will send you a new tracking number.
